Our most comprehensive and sought-after offering, Dreaming Big is for couples who want their wedding fully planned, thoughtfully designed, and professionally executed, without the stress of managing the details themselves. We are here from beginning to end to ensure you enjoy every step of the planning process, while having access to local expertise and experience.

From the very beginning, we take on the role of lead planner and trusted advisor. We start with an in-depth planning session to understand your vision, priorities, guest experience, and budget, then guide every decision with intention and clarity.

We manage the entire planning process: sourcing and coordinating your vendor team, overseeing contracts and logistics, developing design concepts, managing rentals, creating detailed timelines, floor plans, and seating charts and ensuring that every element works together cohesively.

On your wedding day, our team leads the execution from start to finish, managing vendors, timelines, and behind-the-scenes logistics so the day unfolds exactly as planned.

This package is about more than convenience, it’s about confidence. Knowing every detail has been considered, every vendor is aligned, and your wedding is being handled by professionals who know how to execute at the highest level.

A Little Help From Your Friends

Structured Planning & Professional Execution

This package is designed for couples who want to stay closely involved in their planning but understand the importance of professional oversight and experienced execution as the day draws near.

Our answer to the myth of “day-of coordination,” A Little Help From Your Friends provides structured, guided documents to support you in the early stages of planning, logistics and review in the months leading to the big day and full leadership on the wedding day itself. You remain in control of decisions, while we ensure everything is organized, realistic, and executable.

Available exclusively at select venues, this package includes up to 30 hours of pre-wedding planning support and 12 consecutive hours of on-site execution on your wedding day. This includes a discovery call to set you up with all of the documents you will need in the first few months of the planning process. We then reconnect 6 months out from the big day to review your progress and manage the logistics and extremely important execution details. We’ll help you think through the details couples often miss, flag potential issues early, and guide you toward informed, confident decisions.

You’ll finalize selections and approvals, but with Dream Big overseeing the process and managing the execution, you can trust that your plans will translate seamlessly into a well-run, calm, and memorable wedding day.

Investment: $6,500 + tax
